Every action has a delay, when fighting.
Is there a way to change the delay before you can use a weapon
or shoot another spell ?

Example :
Bezerk, takes about 3 or 5 sec before you can hit again.

George has not yet said exactly what will be editable when you clone items, but you could hope that maybe attack parameters would be one of them. So at the moment, no, later, maybe? : )
