I started playing RTC only recently, and have only reached level 3, but it seems that all the Rockpiles I have killed so far (level 2 + level 3 until "don't let a closed door stop you") released a Club along with the usual Boulders and Rocks.
I used to throw Clubs at them on level 2 so I didn't really pay attention, but now I don't anymore and the Clubs keep appearing...

This was a little addition by George -- notice that bit of wood sticking out of the rock pile? Where does it go when they die....? Oh, it's a club!

Sounds like a good idea ! Sorry for mentionning this as a bug
