Hello,
just wanted to say that I've put out a page for my Dungeon Master clone project (no name yet!). I asked some questions in the forums about the scale/stretch functions (in the graphics engine) maybe half a year ago, and I thought it could be nice to show you how it turned out!

You need the shockwave shockwave plugin to try it out. It's not actually a game at the moment, more of an engine actually. Anyhow here it is:

Comments are welcome!

That is very impressive. Are you using your own format
for the dungeon file or are you using an existing format
so that a current editor can be used?

Very impressive indeed -- I had no idea Director was capable of such things. I look forward to seeing your progress...

Thanks for the good words, it's nice to get some response!

I'm using my own format for everything at the moment so it's not possible to use external editors. But I guess it would be possible to change that or at least to write an import function for the game if proven necessary.

Heja Sverige!

Not a complaint or need. Just wondered if we had to wait for
you to provide your own editor and what it might look like.

Cowsmanaut: With Director you're capable of doing most of the stuff that can be done in other authoring environments. It's got 3D support, blitting functions, etc. I'll see what I can do about those mummies! :)

Paul: Don't worry, I didn't take it as an complaint. It's just that I'm not sure where the game is headed and if there will be a need for an external editor. If so, then I'm sure the best thing would be to use availible editors.
