EDITOR: File Path for Add/Replace Bitmaps

I use a Jump Drive to store RTC on, so my drive letter changes between computers. Whenever the RTC installation folder changes drives (or directories) your added/replaced bitmaps do not work.
In the txt file, the path reads:
"FILE=(E:\RTC_032\Example\Bitmaps\Example.bmp)".
It should read:
"FILE=(Example\Bitmaps\Example.bmp)".
This corrects the problem (it also corrects the problem of moving RTC to a different parent folder). Currently, I have to manually make this change in the txt file for every bitmap that I add/replace.
Can we get this changed in the editor?
