Exporting bitmaps from the editor

Would it be possible to export bitmaps from the editor? Sometimes they are scaled to fit the window so it's tricky to know where the multiple elements start and end (for example on the stairs side view). It would be incredibly useful, and indeed essential if you enable the font to be edited....

Uh.... if they're scaled, print screen won't help as it won't be capturing the actual size... Wake up dear boy! ;)

I was waking up actually.. just slowly :P

I guess I really don't get what you're asking.. might be because I've not used the editor since RTC was added to it's list of things it could edit. only the old DMUTE.

Actually, I only just noticed that the preview is automatically 50% for everything, so an export feature would be even more useful. Admittedly, a lot of the graphics could be doubled up from the preview, but some are squashed to fit so they would look rubbish.

i only noticed two sizes for previewing : 100% or 50% except for entrance/ending graphics which are 33%, but you can grab these ones easily directly from RTC.

The sizes are whatever whole number inverse scaling (1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5 etc etc) is needed to fit the graphic into the preview screen.

In practice most graphics are (to the nearest order of magnitude) roughly the same size so you only ever see the 1, 1/2 and 1/3 (100%, 50%, 33%) scalings!

I get that -- still, any chance of the export feature? ;)

Gambit37 is right, the ability to export the bitmaps from the editor would save (me) hours worth of work in converting the bitmaps through screenshots.
