Beyond Archmaster

Archmaster is level of mastery=16, but I noticed you can reach up to level 19.
Would it be possible to give different names than Archmaster for levels 17, 18 and 19?

I assume those levels are just there so the game doesn't go weird if you hold a firestaff and wear a feral pendant, right? Are there experience assigned to them too or are they only reachable by boosted skills?

You can reach them by experience. I tried a lvl19 archmaster with firestaff and pendant feral, and well, the game didn't crash.
