Damn. I've jealously guarded Doug's email for several years. Now the cat is out of the bag.
While it's very tempting to contact Wayne, with difficulty I am going to forbid myself to do so, given that he has publicly stated that he does not want to discuss DM or FTL anymore. I have heard the same story from several of the people I previously interviewed, so I hope the rest of you will also respect his wishes.

I think we have to respect his wishes. Else we might have problems with this forum.
Thankyou Mr. Holder, many a good time in your... worms, coautls, rats, bugger...

Pretty sad to see that he is now working for a major weapons manufacturer... As if not wanting to discuss DM anymore wasn't enough !

Does Wayne realize how much impact he had on our youth ? With great power comes great responsibility.

As with manufacturing weapons... (if Florent is right about that)

Well I just read the blurb about him on the page Christophe linked to :
Wayne is a Web Systems Architect for Northrop Grumman working in the Defense Enterprise Solutions division where he manages a team that designs and builds web-based information systems.
Northrop Grumman... Have a look at
http://www.northropgrumman.com/heritage/index.html
Northrop made the F/A-18 among other warplanes. And Grumman made the F-14, of Top Gun fame
OK so Wayne is a web systems architect, it's not like he's designing bombs, but still...

People do work that pays the bills. You might not agree with it, but I don't think this is an appropriate place to make a public judgment.
On another note, Graen from Skullkeep was modelled on Wayne:
He was described as the "techno mage"!
