Access Violation exception

Can somebody (like George?) replicate this and tell me what's going wrong - is it a bug?

I've cloned a FUL BOMB in the editor and called it a ZO BOMB. When creating the clone, I set the "If Broken" field (or whatever the wording is) to ZO SPELL. So when you throw the bomb and it hits a wall it explodes as a ZO spell.
In game, this works fine when I throw the bomb against a wall. However, when I throw it against a door the game crashes with an exception violation when it hits the door. Obviously it is trying to cast a ZO spell on the door and crashing. Why?

This sounds like a bug I fixed a while ago such that all spell explosion graphics crashed the engine when under a door (i.e. this is nothing to do with cloning or ZO; it will reproduce with a standard FUL bomb).

I can't remember when I fixed it though - it could well be in the latest version (that hasn't been released yet). I'll have a look for you.

Well...

Well, I can indeed confirm that throwing a FUL bomb at a door does crash the engine, so it is in the latest version. How about an interim release just to fix that otherwise I can't test my puzzles?

However, casting a ZO spell at a door works - so how come there is a difference between explosions generated on a door by a flask breaking open and an explosion generated by a cast spell?
