[Done for V0.36] SWAP to/from NULL?

An ACTION_SWAP_MOUSE won't accept MOUSE or NULL as a parameter right now. This would be useful to put something into an empty hand, or have what the champions are carrying disappear.

Curiously, that's actually vaguely tricky!
In the meantime, you could just swap your item to a new item with a lifetime of 1/6th of a second which would mean it would *almost* look like it was disappearing instantly...

That sort of works, but putting an object into an empty mouse is, of course, trickier, requiring some games with shooters and release triggers.
