[Done for V0.38] Multi-action spells for power levels

Perhaps when creating a spell there should be an option to, rather than specify one action with no strength level, to instead specify six actions (with a strength level) to specify what the spell should do when cast at each power level. Obviously, one would expect the strength to go up at each power level, but who knows what insidious dungeon designers will have happen.

This really should be optional, and some spells are able to retain the current spell behavior, as well, of course, as this is much too complex-- and repetitive-- for spells that work like normal DM spells.

The most mundane thing being a certain spell or rune combination that requires only high level of power to work

Or alternately a fireball spell that, at higher levels, would blow up the character

Thank goodness for DSAs. Now when people
want CSBwin to do such things, I can tell them
it is already possible.

Oh, by the way, you certainly want these spells
to do different things on different levels of the
dungeon, depending on the light level and whether
or not a particular door has been opened more
than three times unless, of course, one of the party
members has a chest containing exactly one each
of a Screamer Slice, a Worm Round, and a dagger that
has been used to kill more than one mummy (in total
darkness).
