[Fixed for V0.39] Saving during recovery time

I noticed that ammo from the quiver is only automatically drawn after the recovery time. Because of that it can happen that if you save during that recovery time and then reload the savegame, the character then won't draw ammo. While this is a minor bug it's still a bug imho. The ammo from the quiver should therefore appear immediately, it won't be of much use there anyway until after the recovery time.
