[Done for V0.39] Pre-disbelieved fake walls

Currently monsters like the poor dragons in the CSB Ros maze are hapless, defensless sitting ducks, since they can't fight back unless you invite them too, and even without a map you can easily take them out by using tunnel vision. Is it possible to have fake walls that are a priori defined as already being disbelieved, so monsters can walk about within such a maze?

Can fake walls please also be disbelieved when monsters witness missiles flying through? At least I think a dragon should shoot back if a wall without any missile holes starts to spit poison.

This has got to be the weirdest thread title you've come up with, Tobias! ;)

Lol, nothing, it just sounds bizarre: "pre-disbelieved" -- I like it. I am going to try and use that phrase in conversation:

Beo: You won't believe what happened to me today!
Gambit: You're right, I have pre-disbelieved it!

Lol, no, you want to use the full thing

"I installed some pre-disbelieived fake wallls into my hosue the other day"
- "why would you do that?"
"well duh, it's such a time saver for havign to disbelieve them later"

It is a good phrase
