[Fixed for V0.40] Character positioning icons upon death

When I was swapping character positions and right in that moment the character I was moving died, it's icon disappeared of course. But when I then selected another character, that icon dissappeared too, although that character was still alive. Maybe it was swapped-in for nothing or something like that.
