[Fixed for V0.42] Anything doesn't occur in PUTDOWN_OBJECT

The specified item is not dropped even if PUTDOWN_OBJECT is executed.
I set to drop the coin with ACTION.
Next, when party stepped on TRIGGER, it made it like doing ACTION in Activate.
However, the party doesn't drop the coin.
