Please help,

I am using DM with JAVA on a laptop and I can't get the arrow keys on the keyboard to work. I am up to level 4 and there are a few puzzles where I need to click a switch and move very quickly. Because I can't use the arrow keys, I can't move fast enough.

does anyone know what the fix is? I move around now by clicking the mouse on the arrow keys on the screen instead of just using the laptop arrow keys.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the dmjava forum? The big one, not here....people have mentioned this before, I forget if the config method has been given there

Have you tried the U, I, O, and J, K, L, keys?

I think I remember laptop keys being set up like that for DMJava...?

It could be the Num Lock key lock isnt on, of course. Always tricky to find that one on a laptop.

Thank you. The keys uio and jkl worked to control toons using the keyboard. Thanks a ton. I didn't have to turn on the numeric keypad to make it work either.
