[Fixed for V0.44] Version number wrong on RTCEditor window

OK, a piffling thing, but I thought I'd better mention it as it did make me check that I hadn't fired up the 0.42 editor by mistake 
Ooops - you're right, I forgot to update the version number.
Now fixed for V0.44.
