More speech colors

I would like to have more options for the color of the WALLITEM_SPEECH wallitem.
Namely, I'd like to see the following options:
Party leader: color of current party leader (currently available)
Position X, with X in [1,4]: color of the Xth character in the party line.
Other colors, possibly taken from the 'colours' subdirectory, so it's easy to add more.
'Info' and 'system', as currently available.
Alternately, if what I'm asking can already be done, I'd like this post moved to the RTC Editing forum so a good samaritan can show me how to do it.
