Fixed for V0.45
There were several bugs here that are specific to the Forest of Doom demo (i.e. do not occur in most dungeons).
In particular, there was a problem with displaying the stats for monsters with alpha channel bitmaps (the alpha channel wasn't being displayed so you saw the background) and it crashed when it tried to display the stats for monsters without an attack bitmap.
There were several bugs here that are specific to the Forest of Doom demo (i.e. do not occur in most dungeons).
