Credits Video for DM2

Hello.

Sometimes like 10 years ago, I've been playing DM2, and remember, when I left the game, the animated video for credits played. There was cool music, and some gravestone risen from ground, with the credits text on it.
I didn't see this video for ages, and I didn't find it on any version i've checked.
Anyone knows about this video, and maybe where can I get it?
Any help appreciated.

Go there: http://www.christoud.com/
Click on "Dungeon Master 2" in the left menu.
Then click on the link "partie 2", this will download only the credits video as a zip file.
Unzip the file.
Rename the file CREDITS to CREDITS.EXE (the file is an executable with the video player built-in, as in other videos from the PC version of DM2).
Use the dosbox emulator to run the program (it will not work under Windows XP). http://dosbox.sourceforge.net

By the way, Brian Luzietti composed all the FMV music for DM2PC. He's the genius who did the entire soundtrack for Stonekeep, which I personally consider the best game soundtrack ever made, and possibly my favorite soundtrack of all time. (I burned it to a CD if that tells you anything.)
