Coolio! Definitely looks like there's no reason for DM Codex now! :(

Yes, welcome to the forums Strider! And why don't we get that magazine here in Germany? Dungeon Master, Last Ninja AND Monkey Island - three of my all-time favourites in one issue...

Don't say that Gambit before you take a look at the mag! Who knows, you might still have access to some information that is not covered in it.

Nooooooooooooooooooo! There needs to be a codex! There just has to be! People hate turning pages and like websites!

Is it out yet? I looked at lunch and it's not in any of the major newsagents.

Part of the problem is that it took so long to get anywhere with it that Christophe's site now has a lot of the unique information I originally got from FTL, so what would be the point of replicating it?

Having said that (and despite what I said last year about handing over the remaining info to Christophe), I still have a desire to make something of my own.

We'll see. :)

Cool, I just bought it and read the article. It's quite short but spread over 4 pages with some nice screenshots. Not really any information in there that I didn't already know, but there might be the odd snippets you lot aren't aware of.

Kudos to Christophe: You've got your name printed and a thank you for allowing reproduction of some of the screenshots. :D

I got the mag today myself. I'm gonna read the DM and MI articles (plus anything else I can find if there's anything which interests me) in a minute when my dad comes down and kicks me off the comp ;).

More members! More power! Perhaps we can finally launch that strike against the EOTB forums we always dreamed of....

Well done Christophe on getting some recognition!

??? did Retro Gamer put dungeon-master.com or encyclopedia links to the article??

It`s a shame RG is not avaliable in Poland, I would like to read the article

Can anyone allow me to have a look into that article?

I'd like to read that mag, too. :( If the article brings more members, great! We could use some fresh blood!

You make us sound like some form of strange sacrificial coven rather than power mad dictators!

Too bad it's a uk only magazine! I'd like to read it too. For DM and also Monkey Island.

BTW, it's the second time my name is printed in Retro Magazine ;) Look here: http://dmweb.free.fr/?q=node/1168

If I had a scanner, I'd scan it, but alas it was my sister's and after I moved out and took the computer, neither of us can use it! (Don't ask how crazy that sounds!)

I'll buy another one at some point and scan it but funds very low at the moment. Blame Beowuuf! :D

I usually blame Beo for everything, so why not for this as well?

It's definitely his fault. He cleaned me out at the weekend. I think it was those last four lapdances on saturday night, I had to lend him the cash.

What happens in Lapland stays in Lapland!

And I feel all bad again about forcing you to spend money! We were either not drunk enough or those comics were terrible.

Heh, no, I'm kidding, I had a good time, don't worry about it. :D

(But those comics *were* terible) :(

Yay, my scans got put up! I thought those had fallen on deaf ears, or blind eyes. Whichever makes more sense.

And lapdances?!

by beowuuf
Yes

Little lap kids danced an old traditional folk dance around burning seals, and we kept donating money to their poor starving mothers

Honest

I could scan the article, when I can be arsed, if no-one else who bought the mag gets there first.

That's the spirit! :D
