DSB Version 0.10

Well, after 0.9 was supposed to be 1.0, but you know how software development goes. ;)

So, here it is, too much for a mere letter, 0.10 :D

Additions:
- Fixed a nasty infinite loop
- Added overlay graphics (set a graphic in a PARTY type condition)
- Added x_relay and x_counter for emulating RTC-style mechanics
- Added an opby_class opby
- Made monster sight distance not hardcoded
- Made fuse damage nonmaterials
- dsb_current_inventory function to get who is currently being looked at

Hehe, 0.10 is smaller than 0.9,

So either it means DSB is going backward,
OR that the version number is the ratio of
implemented stuff against the to-do list :D

Anyway, there are great improvement in there !

Suggestion : make a sticky history thread with all things implemented since 0.6
