You edit their properties don't you? (Is confused now)

If this is somehow missing,. then you can edit the text file and change the N/W/E/S facing

No, I want to do it live, in the dungeon.
eg: fireball shooter faces north. unsuspecting character steps on floor switch, fireball shooter rotates to face east - blam!

This probably can't be done unless I use a series of visible/invisible shooters and use relays to de/activate them. Too much pain so I'll skip it for now.

Hole is put on the east side and the north side with shooter.
Hole on the north side is made deactivate.
Hole seem to be only on the east side now.

When it wants to rotate the hole, deactivate does the hole on the
east side. Next, activate does the hole on the north side.
Hole seems to have rotated to the north.
Please forgive poor English.

Yes, a bit complicated, especially if I want 4 directional rotation (say on a pillar) and have multiple pillars. I also need a counter for each pillar to keep track of which direction is currently visible to activate the proper shooter.

Copy and paste directly into a text file is your friend for things like this (and of course you can copy and paste the pillars themselves in the dungeon)
