RTC save game file

I am wanting to edit characters in an existing saved game. From what I have read in the forums it seems this is possible (unless I am totaly mistaken in which case I will blame it on lack of sleep). My problem, though, is that I cant locate my save game file. I am playing RTC v0.45 and i know the game is saving because I have resumed it several times. I just cant figure out where it is saving to.
