create new monster attractor

I have a Problem in doing this:
A monster shall drop a monster attractor while dying (to gather together all other monster of it's kind).
But an attactor needs as an option the monster kind that will be attracted.

When I now use action_create_new_on _floor you cannot give that new attractor the monsterkind as an option ("secound object will be ignored").

bug or feature??

maybe the monster could simply activate existing unactivated attractors in zones you may encounter it ?

That is the working method. But I thought there must be a way, which is more easy and more elegant.
