[Fixed for V0.50] RTC crashes when no .RTC files exist

Things in RTC that do not work as expected (compared to Dungeon Master) or at all! Please read previous posts carefully to see if the bug has already been reported.

If you have NO (ZERO) RTC files in your modules folder, RTC exits immediately after the logo swish -- no errors, no logs, nada.
