CSB lock-of-B bug still there

The Key-of-B lock in CSB (global x46,y40,z0; local x29,y26,z0) still doesn't work properly.
It is supposed to take 2 keys to open the adjacent door, and 2 keys to also open the wall, and you should be able to use lockpicks instead of the first 2 keys, thus opening the door by lockpicks. The easiest thing would be to have a counter counting from 3 to 0. Each time you enter a lockpick or key of B, the counter is decreased by 1. You can only use a lockpick twice to decrease the counter. You can enter up to 4 keys, but if the counter is already 0 when entering a key, it will stay 0. Once you entered 2 lockpicks and 4 keys the lock will be disabled.
Currently you can open door AND wall by simply using the lockpicks 4 times, you cannot operate the lock by keys once you disabled it by using the lockpicks 4 times.
The lockpicks should in theory be usable only twice on the lock, so this is clearly a bug.
