Me too. But I was too shy to say it before anyone else, because I was thinking "you are probably the only person here who has never heard of this, so you would just embarrass yourself". Now, I can admit it openly - I've got no idea what this is :)

The Moo Master will understand.

Ever heard of Mad Magazine? The comic artistry on the edges of the pages were done by the same artist.

North american.. not specifically canadian :P

Groo the wanderer is the best comic you've never read apparently.. should you have the chance to stumble upon some E-comic copies of it I'm sure most of you will like him.

"the GROO movie? He and Mark had written a script and a company bought an option for it. Dreamworks came close to making it with Rob Minkoff directing, but the studio apparently didn't want Sergio or Mark to have ANY involvement in the film. "I didn't want to direct it; I loved the director. I just wanted to be a part of the creative process. I want to make sure it's the Groo that I like; the Groo that we know." D'works apparently wouldn't budge on this so the deal fell through and there's no movement on the project now."

They're just a bunch of 'Flaming Carrots' as far as I'm concerned.
(Flaming Carrot: Another 'vaguely' well known comic.

The 'Groo: the Movie' pic was actually created by me several years ago. I posted it to the Groo FB group a little while back and it seems to have wandered from the site. (I know, I should have expected that would happen.)

Masterwuuf, I'd appreciate if in the future instead of re-posting my image, you direct people to the Groop here:

Still glad to see you liked the graphic. Thanks.
