Mana recharge on a particular square

Is it possible to have a particular stat - ie mana - to be completely recharged whn stepping on a particular square? Cant work out how to do it. A sort of 'magic circle' is what i want to create. Any ideas??

You can use a damage tile with a negative very large value, I think
