Do you mean you want an Action to happen when a champion wears a full set of armour?

Have a look at the 'floor damage' thread Lord_BoNes mentioned near the bottom of page 1 how wearable items can be used to make actions.

You will need something like:
Place the 'Party' tile. this is a floor mechanic and will need to be placed in an out of the way location. Use this if the action is to provide bonuses to the character, otherwise skip this step.

Add a floor trigger to the same tile, the trigger is activated by constant weight each living member this will target your relays.

Add some relays, each one for each item to be worn:
eg triggering:
Member object on head
Member object on body
Member object on legs
Member object on feet
Member object on hand left
Member object on hand right
Member object on neck

Set the operation equal to
The item eg Helm of SAR for object on head

Target a counter, set the counter to the number of items the character must wear in the set eg 7, target your action

Action could be, deactivate(open) door, or boost character by object

Someone else may be able to confirm this.

Do you want the helmet to have to be on a particular member eg Bob, or can it be on any member?

If you want only one item to do something when equipped eg 1 helm, practice/experiment with a trigger set to 'each living member' and a relay set to 'Member object on head', 'equal to' object 'helmet', an action deactivate object

If you want only two items to do something when equipped eg 1 helm and 1 body, practice/experiment with a trigger set to 'each living member' and a relay set to 'Member object on head', 'equal to' object 'helmet' and a relay set to 'Member object on body', 'equal to' object 'boby armour' a counter set to 2, an action...

I don't think there is much more I can say...
