Maybe I'm too much in hurry, maybe I should try to find the answer by myself before ask... but I'm French and read English is a little difficult sometimes...

Then sorry to ask a question than I probably can found by myself :

I'm new here, some days ago I didn't know people create custom dungeons and now I really would like to create mine
I downloaded a lot of tools but I would like to ask before starting something, what is the best method to create custom dungeons ? change graphics and sounds.
What is the best tool ?

Perhaps start with looking into either RTCEditor (which comes with RTC) or CSBuild (http://dmweb.free.fr/?q=node/851) and try to learn how it works. Adding your own graphics and other stuff is perhaps only second step. Firstly, I would recommend to explore the mechanics and possibilities of these basic tools.
