image unintentionly scrolls left and right

Weird problem came up:
I was testing my sail boat on a sea of void, but on viewing the boat the image scrolls/wobbles left and right like a film-strip. This would have been good if it was a slight wobble up and down like on water, but this was unintentional and no animation was involved.

The images used are the same as those on the Wiki.

Edit: is this because I use a cloned a teleporter (by teleporter I mean blue haze)?

Yes it is. A static floor image shouldn't have this problem. I forget if there is a 'bit' to toggle for not having the haze behaviour

Yeah, don't use hazes for anything except hazes, they have their own built in animations that you can't override.

Sounds like something to look into...

might be able to use it to make non-interactive creatures passable: a flapping butterfly now moves across the screen, a marching rat, etc. Saves on the number of real images need.

But this is good to know.

Actually, I haven't seen the behaviour you describe, I thought haze images just animated a few pixels up-down-left-right. Could you explain how you're achieved this strange effect?

Clone Blue Haze DM2, replace Front0 image with something else. Small images tend to get tiled to fill the space.
