I can't find out anywhere so..
How do I add transparancy for monster images etc? I notice there is a pinkish color as the background for monsters.

It's called 'power pink' elsewhere, I believe its the full 255,255,0 on red and blue to make magenta. Have that as your background colour in jpegs and RTC automatically ignores it.

Maybe someone can explain why a front wall 1 always has a blue bar at the top and bottom when i try it out? driving me mad.

Not sure if there are any scaling issues to give you the blue bar then. What you could do is, in the RTC editor, get the actual picture up (at whatever size), take a screen capture, adjust the size as needed, and compare it to see if there is a difference in size.
EDit: That's linflas's, right? I think Sop[hia also had a wall creator called WHACK you could try, and once more compare outputs to see if there is an issue.

Thanks again!
Will test out WHACK asap.

Ok got it sorted =)
My error as I thought. Just a size mistake of the image.

RTCWM has a little bug that creates those lines. You need to change the grabbed size or edit it out in a gfx program.
Note that Beowuuf said JPEG above. Don't use JPEG. Use PNG if you want transparent images, JPEG introduces compression artifacts which don't work with a pink background.

Thanks, Gambit.
My god this is hard work. Might just stick with the defaults so I can get something done

Yep, it's *very* hard work. I've tinkered with custom graphics for RTC/DSB for *many* years now....! Very time consuming.....!
