I can't read Japanese, and Google Translate doesn't seem to work on that page -- but a quick look through shows no links. No idea where you might find it to download, sorry.

i can read some of it , it seems its a blog of him playing the mod(game) , there are two posts only and none has a link , he/she only links to GG website for the RTC
