I didn't get a response to this, but it's back up now. Could whoever owns and runs this please let me know who you are as I don't have this information. Thanks.

Unless he handed over the reins it is Megar. He does come passed from time to time, but since the last log in was the 9th, you might want to PM him and e-mail him and not rely on him seeing this post.
