...that was written by me on Sept 14th, 2005. Just two weeks after I had moved to Basingstoke, and 13 days after I had started work at my new job. It's interesting to see what was on my mind back then, and recall it now.

Damn you! I had not heard that song in years, but clearly it was somewhere in the back of my memory, ready to reappear.

I'm not ashamed to say that - after I cursed my eight year old self then typed the the above post - I may have laughed out loud maniacally. And hooked my hands to the heavens like a good supervillain.

I don't know anything about that song, the show it came from or any of that, but can only assume by everyone's hilarious reactions to beo's posts that must have been bad. I guess not knowing anything about that is one of the perks of NOT having grown up in England in the 1980's. Ahh, the joy's of immunity.

Of course, that also gives me free reign to keep this topic alive and well, and the horrors of a bad show and its bad song fresh in the minds of the susceptible.

^ Lucky for my family I did not know that song when I was younger. I would have been that annoying child who would have sang it well beyond the point of a joke.
