https://archive.org/details/crpg-book-1.0 dungeon master is page 96 and 97. also check out the ranking(512) it was listed a few times is also included in the genre evolution of icon games(35 games in total).

That's very strange. The book is only recently published (I bought it), so why has it been uploaded there with a release date of 2018?
EDIT: Ah, I see there was an earlier v1. The recently published version is v2:

Very interesting read indeed. So many games I have never heard of! Good to see Bane of the Cosmic Forge rated so highly.
