Editors for CSB/RTC

I already asked for an existing editor for RTC in another thread but it seems the link to the old one is not valid anymore. Same interest for CSB - I for my part like to look at the game mechanics after beating it and learning from that. It seems to me that all modified dungeons (not visible with DMute) can only be viewed by certain versions of DMBuild oder CSBuild if at all - is upward compatibility a topic or not? Are there other Editors or Viewers that can preferably show more than one or even all formats (DM, CSB, DM2, RTC, modified games)?
Ahem. This was a rhetorical uestion. But I'd appreciate if anyone had a valid link to this RTC editor...

I had emailed the guy and he still has not responded. I think perhaps he either no longer resides on the net or he at the very least has little to no motivation with regards to the creation of such a tool. I imagine the lack of interest at the onset of his project may have turned him off a bit.
oh well.. at any rate. There have been many people rquesting help for making an RTC editor that does all the bells and whistles correctly. I already stated I would be willing to help with interface stuff.
anyway.. that's my input for the day

Is there any new information on the link that existed until December of last year or so? Does anybody know?

Sphenx's editor is most likely to be compatible with all the normnal versions of DM/CSB/DM 2, but of course not the expanded CBS games created for CSB4windows
And of course, none of the three editors available will probably edit RTC games - so i can't imagine a grand unified editor being available...then again who knew the forums would have the potential to combine into one again!

Well I've given up the hope for a unified editor anyway, the current question being if the once-existing link to the editor for RTC in development was being moved and if so where, since the original one does not work any more.
Just wanted to know if there is any editor for RTC out there or being developed.

There might be...
... But no promises or warranties on time or features.
The guide was/is the first step in that direction.
