Thanks Cowsmanaut. I've been using GIFs but I didn't know that I had to put a different colour around the image. I just erased the extra leaving a white area. I've noticed that the orginal pics are gif's but I couldn't figure out how to get the masking to work in photoshop. I'll try some more tests....
