I wanted to provide a version of CSBwin that would run
on the Raspberry Pi.
I rewrote the code that handles the graphics so that it is
platform independent as much as possible. I also rewrote
the Linux sound handling to use a pirated and personalized
version of SDL_Mixer. Everything seems to work well for
Chaos Strikes Back.
I would like someone to try this version with Conflux. In
particular, I would like someone to test the sound handling
and the various graphics techniques such as the overlays
and 'shaking'. If Zyx could do this, that would be ideal.
Otherwise, anyone with enough knowledge of Conflux to
know whether it seems to work properly.

I could have a go this week end. Which CSBwin should I use then?

Thank you very much.
Could you make a recording of your test so that I can
try it on the Raspberry Pi and Ubuntu platforms? Please?
I don't suppose you have a Raspberry Pi yourself.

A lot depends on what is wrong.how do i fix this
Can you provide any details? What OS are you using? What version
of CSBwin? What is the name of the CSBwin file that you installed?
Are there any error or warning messages? Are you using HDMI or the
RCA video port? Any other things that you might suspect?

Thanks for the good news. I like problems that fix themselves.

I am sure you checked into it, but just in case you haven´t:real_ale wrote:Hi, i have a raspberry pi and the game works well, but no sound, how do i fix this?
Sound is to the hdmi by default, one can change it to the video composite/audio output. For some odd reason, it is not output to both.
