Race to the Fulya Pit
If anybody is interested, I just got a new record. It took just under 19mins not cheating, Paul has a copy of it and will probably put it on his site soon. This will be my last attempt because I can only take about a minute of the time and it would take many many tries. I hope anyone who watches it enjoys it.

Re: Race to the Fulya Pit
Very impressive record. I'd like to watch it!
Can you send me the record file and I will add it to the movies archive.
Can you also tell me which version of CSBwin to use to watch it?
Thanks

Cool, a challenge! I can't wait. Remember you need alot of fluke luck.... good luck!
Re: Race to the Fulya Pit
Yes, I want to see this record too! Will you mail it to me, please?
Parting is all we know from Heaven, and all we need of hell.
Re: Race to the Fulya Pit
It takes so many goes to get a good result, unlike DM. I have managed to have all keys of B and all path keys in ten minutes but got assassinated by a black flame which was annoying. But I'll give it another go!
Re: Race to the Fulya Pit
I tried countless times, and the only result I got was constant pain and suffering at the couatl (sp?) section of "dain".
But you are 100% correct antman, it does prove to be a LOT of luck. Speed boots and eyes of time (which are randomly placed) , i can't wait to see what you picked up in the beginning of the game =]
Anyone have any strategies they want to "share" when involving getting the ruby key?

Re: Race to the Fulya Pit
When doing the Coutal bit I usually use an Eye of Time to freeze them all then hurl Ven bombs all over the place (poison affects them considerably more than fireballs). A couple more freezes in between completing the puzzles and I'm out of there...

Re: Race to the Fulya Pit
It appears that Christophe will be a bit too busy to
get the 18 minute 46 second record posted tonight.
You can get a pre-release peek at: (I know you're anxious)
webpages.charter.net/pstevens1
file: Record18Minutes.rar
It has everything needed to view the game being
played and because it is only 18 minutes it is
fun to watch the whole thing in normal speed.
You should disable 'Extra Ticks' in the 'Speed' menu
to see it properly.
