Tech Mace

How strong must i be to use powerswing from tech mace? my levels are the second master at fighter and the first at ninja? msut i be stringer to use it? i have play this game for years and i have never use the tech mace before and i have now read that the mace is stronger what i thinked it was before... so i want to use it now but i cant use the powerswing.. and do powerswing give much of experience?

I do not know what levels the powerswing requires, but I know that it is one of the strongest melee weapons in the game.
However, the PowerSwing uses Mana, and eventually can not be used for the powerswing again, thus it is not the best weapon.
