Trying to add a simple item, then savin the game and loading it with CSBwin V9.7 produced an error 2989 ("Saved game damaged). With V1.4 it worked. Are the latest three builds still in development or is that a yet unknown error? Save game can be provided if necessary but should be easy to reproduce.

If you use the latest CSBuild then you also need the latest CSBwin.
You did not say what CSBuild you were using. The latest CSBwin
is in the OverlayDemo.rar. The latest CSBuild is 1.43 but Zyx
says I goofed and put 1.42 into the .RAR file. I'll fix that in the
next few minutes.
a long queue of additional enhancements waiting in the wings.
I try to make the CSBuild/CSBwin releases at the same time so that
they work together. Zyx always demonstrates my failures.

Thanks, yes I was indeed trying the builds 1.41 to 1.43. But since 1.4 worked fine and I also did not know the OverlayDemo contained the last exe for CSBwin that probably explains my problems.
That means at the moment compatibility exists always between the latest versions but not necessarily backwards, correct?
