EDITING: Replaced walls must be same size as originals

Post by Gambit37 »

I'm experimenting and using wall graphics from DM2 to replace those in RTC. I've doubled all the graphics, but RTC gives critical errors using the images as they stand. This is because the images are a slightly different size from those used in DM and RTC.

I knew that this was the case, and had adjusted the SIZE=(X,Y) parameters accordingly, so I don't see why this should be a critical error. RTC expects an image of 448x150 for the floor, but mine is 448x168. Could you make this a warning rather than a critical error, 'cos it seems a bit harsh! ;)

Is that the only graphic to give a critical error? I have no objection at all to changing the floor / roof graphic heights but the walls themselves have to be a certain size...

I'm working on a wall set at the moment, and i've discovered that ALL the walls give critical errors if they are the wrong size.

I've posted some suggestions about wall sizes and drawing routines, please see this post in the Suggestions forum:
