One Floor Above the DDD - Past the Flames
I am not sure if this is a bug in the game, or if it was made to do this. But when you go to the DDD, kill the Black Flames to the left and go up the stairs, there is the door (and a pit) that "should" open with a gold key. But when I use a gold key, the lock just swallows it and nothing happens. It does however work with the lock picks. Anyone have any info on this?

What version of CSB do you use?

It was made to do this. Both the gold key and the lockpicks will open the door, but the lockpicks will also open the pit making it unable for you to get whatevers behind the door, a green freezelife box i think.

I use Return to Chaos.. maybe in that version there is a bug that the Gold Key won't open the door. Cos like I said it just swallows the key without doing anything.

Opps, I though you ment the key opened the door but not the pit, it is probably a bug then, sorry.

I had this problem in RTV V0.24 and reported it to George, I assume he will fix it for RTC V0.25. That's why I asked what version has been used.

Thank you everyone for your input. I mean it really isn't an issue (since the lockpicks still work for the door). Just thought I'd add something for discussion. :)
