CSBEdit not working on Windows Xp Home

I'm trying to get Rain's CSBEdit working on Windows Xp Home. I've put the 'extra files' in my Windows/System32 folder as directed in the readme.txt, but I get this error on starting it up:

Runtime Error 339
Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

I don't have the file COMDLG32.OCX on my system, so where do I get it from (I mean a safe, authenticated one, not something dodgy off the web)??

Never mind, I found an old one which seemed to do the trick!

you should have it.. I do and I don't remember installing it from anywhere else.
