Created the party, but how do you start?

Ok, got the team of 4 players from the prison, saved the game, but cannot work out to start with them. Ive tried loading the utility, but wont do much, tried loading the saved file at the door, but this just resumes back in the prison....errr what am I not doing right?

Whenyou enter the utility there is a button that says 'make new adventure'

press it, press the location of your prison save, and it shoudl be converted into a new csb game
