(fixed) Keyboard config tool

When setting Config=1 in dsb.ini I get the keyboard configuration tool, as I should. My problem is with the font used, which is the internal DM font, which means lowercase letters are runes and a lot of key names are difficult to read. "Num 8", "Left", "Right", Page up" come to mind. It does not prevent one from setting the keys, but it is inconvenient.

I never noticed this issue because it depends on what your system's keyboard driver returns for the key names, and on mine they're all uppercase anyway. I'll make it force everything to uppercase.
