Yeah, it turns out that berserk and chop use different skills, whoops. However, berserk does share swing's hidden skill. As for going through DM, if I didn't practice levelling then my characters would be mere artisans on reaching Lord Chaos... don't know about any of you but I'd like my characters ...

Interesting tips for playing solo. However, a lot of the recommended tactics do not build some of the hidden skills, more on that later. The rope's actually one of the best ways to get quick ninja levels, and builds a skill that seems to be devoted exclusively to the rope. As for fighting actual ...

I'm fairly human last time I checked, so I guess that's out of the question. Although I hear Alpha Centauri IV's alright. And I'm not going to Mars, I read bad things about what goes on there. I don't really know much more than that in Sol or nearby systems. Although I have an idea for a solar-wide ...

I've levelled characters to level 13-14 in all disciplines in a previous version of CSB, and I can tell you that the answer for hit points and stamina is "maybe", a definite "no" for mana.
The reason for "maybe" for hit points and stamina is that some characters have hit point and stamina bonuses ...

What does "ignored" keyword do to armor?
Armor Strength: The armor value (0..200) associated with the item. Some items (Shields) have the "Ignored" keyword, meaning that the item's Armor Strength will be ignored when calculating armor.
Does this mean that a shield doesn't contribute to a character's defense if it's equipped? I don't ...

The good news of the update is that damage resistance doesn't oscillate anymore. The bad news is, my characters no longer have the truly rediculous levels of damage resistance they used to!
Haha, actually, thanks for the fix. Really! It's good to have armor, shields and the like useful once again ...

Hmmm.. this all seems very strange. The game has a certain amount of randomness thrown into it's calculations, how can you possibly tell that something is broken against simply being a random spike?

I guess you're right about on-forum e-mail not allowing attatchments as I just checked yours. Anyway, I've finally got two savegames with working damage resistance and one with the malfunctioning damage resistance. I just checked again for the save where damage resistance isn't working correctly ...
