Cool I did it finally!!!

I was wondering if i have to surround him with a flux cage or if I can just blast him with fireballs? Ive tried over and over again to build a cage but he just blasts me.. any tips?

Ok I have read all about surrounding Chaos with fluxcages and you have to use the firestaff to do it... The firestaff I have only includes fireshield in the menu, nothing like fuzing or whatever... ??????

I found out after killing a knight and leaving all his armor in the hallway, just around a corner, that other creatures cannot pass that location. So I can be right on the other side of the corner healing or sleeping until Im ready to attack again... I will try the vorpal blade again for the ...

I have one vorpal blade and have tried it over and over without causing damage to any creature. Now im using swords and the delta sword as best i can to kill the knights

ok... I filled 3 chests with rat food, and am heading back down... If all the levels were full of food, Id be finished by now, and that wouldnt be much of a challenge... I'll let you all know when I beat this for the first time...

Thats the corridor I was using... I dont think the rats were taking thier Viagara though, cause they didnt produce very fast. I wish this game had rabbits in it... I guess I'll just have to fill some chests with rat droppings and hope the lower levels have food... Thanks

Ok I re-mapped it... I thought I had to have a program to change it... I didnt think changing it in the "notepad" would do anything... But then again, Ive never done it before... Thanks

The config file defines the keys, which isnt correct for my laptop... I dont see any text telling how to edit the settings though.

The logo in the Dungeon master folder says RTC, and when I click on it, It brigns up choices for RTC or DM original version or CSB ... I am playing the original version. My laptop has one set of numbers, unlike a regular computer that has 2 sets..... 1-4 selects the "magic tables" for each ...

No, to my knowledge, there isnt a key on my laptop for side stepping... Ive tried them all GRRRR... So I cant complete this level and move on to the rest of the game because I dont have a sidestep key on my laptop? How gay is that?

New player here... Here's my problem.... I found scrolls with the little symbols on them and try to cast spells, but the symbols arent there... If I click on a symbol I dont need to use, the second set of symbols shows up, with the one I need... Im lost.... Thanks
