Generating new characters
Does anyone have any good ideas for ways to generate "accurate" stats for characters to be added to a dungeon ? I want to add "naturally" progressed stats for my Hall of Champions.

At present it isn't possible to use "Super Parties" in RTC because the engine auto-scales the dungeon difficulty. I suggest giving the dungeon designer the ability to over-ride that action. Let's face it, it didn't matter to CSB how hard the party you imported from DM was. Although it's a ...

How about a switch for cloned monsters to stop the dropping there default stuff ie rocks from rockpile. This would help when cloning monsters giving more scope and flexability. EDITOR: Changing portrait bitmaps
Changing bitmaps for the portrait graphics appears to crash both RTC and the ed. The ed will kill the dungeon you are working on too.

Wow I didn't know people felt so strongly about this. This is an idea I had many years ago when playing DM/CSB back in the heady Amiga/ST days. Using e.g. Personal Paint 7 on UAE to make the basic layout of a, say 16 level dungeon would be much faster then with the editor. I'm not suggesting using M...

RTCED Suggestion: Import/Export to 2 color bitmap
How about an import bitmap feature for floor/wall layout. Make your layout in black and white and the ed can read this as White floors black walls. Then you can use nice painting tools to make floor layouts.
